All sales made through Watch Stream Inc. are subject to the following terms. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these conditions.

1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

For all return requests, you must email info@watchstream.com with your order number and the specific reason for the return. Include images if necessary. 

2. STRICT 14-DAY LIMIT

While we allow a review period, all return requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.

3. "MINT CONDITION" REQUIREMENT

Items must be returned in original, sellable condition. We will not be able to accept any return that shows signs of:

• Wear/Usage: Any scratches on the watch face, case back, or band.
• Tampering: Removal of protective plastic films, tags, links, or sizing of bracelets.
• Missing Items: Missing manuals, warranty cards, or original branded packaging.

4. SHIPPING COSTS & LIABILITY

• Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs & insurance.
• Risk of Loss: Watch Stream Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a carrier with signature confirmation and high-value insurance for large orders.

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once an item is received and passes our inspection, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days. Credits will be issued to the original payment method only.
