WHOLESALE TRADING TERMS

Thanks for choosing Watch Stream Inc. as your supplier! We believe in keeping things simple so we can both focus on growing our businesses. Below are the guidelines for our wholesale partnership.
1. GETTING STARTED
To shop our wholesale collection, please provide the following information: Attention Name, Shipping Address, and Method of Payment.
2. FLEXIBLE ORDERING
- MOQ: We want you to stock what you need. Opening order has 15 piece minimum.
- Mix & Match: You are free to mix styles, colors, and brands to meet your shop’s specific needs.
3. PRICING & PROMOTIONS
- Fair Pricing: We offer competitive wholesale rates to ensure you have a healthy margin.
- Sales & Promos: While we suggest following MSRP to keep the market fair for everyone, we understand the need for occasional end-of-season sales or holiday promotions. We trust your judgment to represent the brands well. You choose your own retail price.
4. EASY PAYMENTS
- Payment Options: We accept Credit Card, ACH, or Zelle payment options.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Fast Turnaround: We usually ship orders from our New York warehouse within 2 to 3 business days.
- Shipping Fees: We charge actual shipping costs (no hidden "handling" markups). If you have your own UPS/FedEx account you’d prefer to use, just let us know!
7. INFLUENCERS & COLLABORATIONS
We love working with the creator community! If you are an influencer looking to collaborate:
- How to Apply: Send your social media handles and links to your previous brand work/portfolio to our team.
- Evaluation: While we can’t partner with everyone, we review every application. We look for engagement, style, and a genuine love for the products we carry.
- Content Use: If we send you product for a campaign, we may ask to reshare your awesome content on our official channels (with full credit to you, of course!)
8. OPEN COMMUNICATION
We’re human! If you’re having a slow month or a unique situation with a customer, just call or email us. We’re much more interested in a long-term partnership than a one-time sale!
